Beautiful Home with LOTS of potential! It's very nice and livable as is, but could be even better with some finishing touches on trim- caulking and paint touch-ups. Could also be even more spacious for a large family with some further renovating and finishing of more (optional) bedrooms and bath upstairs- LOTS of room to expand.
